Good to know: If an issue arises that is covered, we will repair or replace the piece free of charge!

Maintenance services are complimentary; if additional work is recommended, we will provide options before proceeding.
What’s Not Covered
- Loss, theft, or accidental damage.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or abnormal wear.
- Unauthorized repairs, resizing, or alterations by third parties.
- Missing center stones resulting from impact or trauma.
- Custom work or modifications not performed by Agape Diamonds.
How to Make a Claim
- Email CustomerService@AgapeDiamonds.com with photos and your order info.
- We’ll review within 1-2 business days and provide a Service Authorization with instructions.
- Ship the item as directed. After inspection, we’ll complete repair or replacement and notify you with your return tracking number. All services are shipped back to you with full insurance and direct signature required via Fedex.
Please do not send items without a Service Authorization form.
